Investment & market entry

Completed formulations.
A focused commercial opportunity.

Invest in the registration and launch of a finished agricultural portfolio. Three products have field evidence; two feed formulations add a laboratory-tested nutrition opportunity.

Why this portfolio

Formulation expertise with a route to customers.

A defined technical asset

Five finished formulations, documented product purposes and technical records provide a concrete basis for diligence. The crop and litter products also have successful field-trial evidence.

Delivery is part of the value

Stable botanical dispersions, sustained acid availability and protected intestinal delivery address how an ingredient reaches its target and remains useful. Performance is assessed product by product.

Several commercial routes

An investment can support the company or a defined product and territory. Licensed manufacturing, supply and distribution can connect the portfolio to established agricultural customers.

Capital with defined deliverables

Finance the route from dossier to market.

Each investment is scoped around a selected product, territory and measurable deliverables. The core funding priorities are registration and marketing.

  1. 01

    Scope the entry market

Confirm the intended use, registration pathway and commercial channel. The existing EIR Biostimulant entry plan starts in Thailand, with ASEAN expansion to follow.

Deliverable: agreed product, territory, dossier assessment and costed plan.

  2. 02

    Complete registration work

Organise trial and formulation-quality records, prepare local submissions and address jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Deliverable: submission package and regulatory milestones defined for that market.

  3. 03

    Prepare commercial launch

Agree production and quality arrangements, channel terms, local positioning and distributor support.

Deliverable: launch-ready commercial materials, supply plan and channel agreements.

  4. 04

    Build sales and assess expansion

Support customer adoption and review orders, channel performance and product economics before expanding.

Deliverable: operating results against agreed commercial targets.

Investment scope, budget and timing

The capital requirement and funding schedule are set against the chosen product and territory. A focused discussion covers registration costs, production and quality setup, initial inventory where applicable, marketing and working capital. Animal field trials are budgeted separately for AVIBIOME and BOVIBIOME.

The public brief does not quote a funding target, valuation or launch date. These are agreed from the market plan and supporting cost assumptions, including regulatory dependencies.

Commercial model and unit economics

Routes include company investment, product-and-territory financing, licensed manufacturing and product supply through distributors. The agreement defines the rights, responsibilities and revenue arrangements of each party.

Commercial diligence examines manufacturing cost, quality control, dose or inclusion rate, freight, channel margins and customer cost per hectare, flock or tonne of feed. Any comparison with an alternative must use equivalent applications and study conditions.

Ownership, know-how and technical diligence

NONTOXECO retains ownership of its technologies and formulation know-how. A confidential review connects the selected formulation to its specifications, trial reports, quality records and the rights proposed in the agreement.

The team’s experience in patents and registration is described on Our story. Product-specific rights and their territorial scope are reviewed directly; the site does not infer patent coverage from that career history.

Customers and market context

Recurring needs. Distinct routes to market.

Broad market forecasts describe sector demand. The investment decision centres on an accessible customer group, a registered use and practical product economics.

Crop vitality · growers and crop-input distributors

Helping crops make better use of growing conditions

USD 3.9 billion in 2025Global biostimulants · USD 4.3 billion estimated for 2026 · USD 11.7 billion forecast for 2035 · 11.5% annual growth, 2026–2035

Growers need consistent yields from land, water and nutrients whose availability and cost can vary considerably. Biostimulants are used to influence plant processes such as nutrient use and tolerance to environmental stress, complementing the wider crop-management program.

EIR Biostimulant provides a completed botanical formulation with laboratory and successful field-trial evidence. The commercial priority is to register it for selected markets and build a clear, evidence-based position with growers and distributors, linking the approved uses to practical application economics.

Pest control · crop-protection channels

Effective protection within an integrated growing system

USD 8.94 billion in 2025Global biopesticides · USD 17.68 billion forecast for 2030 · 14.6% annual growth, 2025–2030

The biological crop-protection market is expanding as growers seek additional tools for integrated pest management and buyers place greater emphasis on residue requirements. A useful new formulation must combine control of the target pest with crop compatibility, practical handling and a clear place in the treatment program.

EIR PESTOX addresses this need through a completed phospholipid and sustained-formic-acid formulation, supported by successful aphid trials in pepper. Investment supports the registration route and a focused commercial launch, with claims and target uses defined by the available evidence and the requirements of each market.

Digestive nutrition · feed manufacturers and producers

Digestive nutrition designed around the animal

USD 6.41 billion in 2025Global eubiotics · USD 13.44 billion forecast for 2034 · 8.57% annual growth, 2026–2034

Eubiotics is a broad market for ingredients intended to support intestinal function and microbial balance, including probiotics, prebiotics, organic acids and essential oils. Within this field, the value of a protected ingredient depends on both its biological role and whether sufficient material reaches the intended site of action.

Our two completed feed formulations address different digestive systems. EIR AVIBIOME is designed for intestinal delivery and eggshell support in laying hens. EIR BOVIBIOME focuses on protecting actives during rumen transit and releasing them in the small intestine. Both are laboratory-tested; animal field trials remain a separate validation milestone. Their commercial assessment will connect digestive delivery with animal response and cost per animal or tonne of feed.

Litter management · poultry integrators and farm suppliers

Better housing conditions throughout the flock cycle

A recurring farm-management needAir quality, litter condition and the duration of ammonia control

Poultry litter is the bedding material together with the organic matter that accumulates during production. Its moisture, acidity and nitrogen content influence ammonia release and the environment at bird level. Effective treatment therefore needs to remain useful as the flock grows and litter conditions change.

EIROLITTER makes acidity available progressively and has completed a successful commercial poultry trial. Its market proposition centres on sustained ammonia management through the flock cycle. Registration and marketing can bring this completed formulation to poultry producers through integrators and farm-supply channels, alongside established ventilation and litter-management practices.
